"I filled my 2021 taxes with them last year and after calling them with no answers to why my taxes was still in processing mode with the IRS for a year I was finally able to get information from IRS stating I needed verification due to incorrect name on my tax return they put in. I finally got the information corrected, and my refund was sent to their bank on 4/12/23, and they still have not given me my check. I am still awaiting my money after 1 year of suffering."

"I have done my taxes on and off with Trinity Enterprises and when my husband was behind in filing taxes he came here. Never again will I recommend this place. After a month from the time he filed looked up the status to see when he would be getting his return and it said it was deposited a month ago. Once we spoke with Donnie who is the guy that answers the calls we were told he call us back and suddenly no one was answering calls or text messages. What made it worse is they didn’t put the bank account information he gave them. After talking with the IRS we were told to file a report with police. By law they shouldnt have money deposited into an account unless his name is on it. 2022 taxes are ready to be filed and we’re still trying to get his return from before and they can’t provide us with the routing or account information they used but they will tell us it’s this bank, which really doesn’t help. Be careful doing business with this places."

"I’ve been coming here for5 years and have recommended all of my family who also comes here. Unfortunately last year they “filed” my taxes incorrectly and the IRS sent them back saying they couldn’t accept them. After trying to reach them for weeks with no answer and false promises from the owners son saying he’d call me back and never did, my lawyer advised I got them done elsewhere to avoid getting into trouble with the IRS. I paid them $250 and had to pay someone else $350 to do the job they didn’t do. A month later I received a $600 fee from the IRS for filing late even though I had filed my taxes on time but this company didn’t submit correctly. I left voicemails, text messages, emails and no one called me back. The son answered 3 times and said he was on his way to the office and would call me back and never did. Don’t spend your money here because you’ll end up paying someone else to do it. Submitting a complaint to the Internal Revenue Service."
