"I don't like not being able to understand the person I'm dealing with. There's always been great people at this office but this year there is a way too soft spoken woman and a man named john. Both were nice but extremely hard to understand especially with the mask on. I walked in with my items. we went through them correctly however, I've always gotten part of my refund immediately added to my emerald card. I'm not sure what he did but it was denied this time and I'm getting 1500$ back after your fee. So I don't believe it was done correctly. PLUS how the hell can you communicate when you can't understand them to begin with. I think ALL your employees should go through a communications VOICE - SPEAKING CLEARLY CLASS."
