"I only gave 1 star so that I could rate this place. Horrible horrible service never answer the phone voicemails go unreturned also my taxes have gotten screwed up two years in a row with no one there to help correct them after you've paid them almost $600 dollars to file for you with the promise to fix any mistakes or problems that should occur with the IRS if any. This place is a joke! Take your money to a more reputable business."

"This is truly one of the worst run businesses I have ever dealt with! First they don't know what they are doing, I had to correct them several times. Secondly they charged me a whopping $550. This is ridiculous. Third, they don't return calls. I gave them 4 hours advance notice and I come to see the open sign with noone inside. This is during their normal business hours Wed. Noon to 4 PM. I have been waiting outside for over an hour. Where are my documents? This is unprofessional and ridiculous to the extreme!"
