"We asked Rita to book our European vacation. We knew our destinations, but were a bit nervous about booking flights, trains and hotels and not messing something up (location, times, etc.). Rita did an excellent job listening to our ideas and requirements and tweaking until we came up with the perfect itinerary. Our hotels and locations were perfect! With airline strikes flying is crazy but Rita switched my flights within minutes and stranded travels watched with envy as I swanned my way to the departure gate.
