"09/28/22 - Went to see Dr. Felton, Neurosurgery, for a pre-surgical consult. They will be removing disks from my neck at C3-C4, C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7, and replacing them with PEEK plastic and a titanium cage. Needless to say, this is a pretty serious surgery with the potential for severe complications. I could not be more comfortable. Dr. Felton and his team are incredible: bright, highly intelligent and competent people with a true love of their job and the patients they serve. With the confidence and attention to detail that comes from years of experience and success, Dr. Felton answered every question I presented without hesitation or equivocation. I know that I am in the care of a truly gifted man and his team. Every one of Dr. Felton's support staff - from P.A. Brandon Wells, to his nurses and reception staff (looking at you, Brittney!) - prove that it is possible to be professional, patient, and caring - even in a challenging medical career like theirs. The offices and equipment were clean, in good condition, and were sanitized between patients. Because of my own background in medicine, I know that no surgery is without risk or potential complications. Yet, I can honestly say that I have absolutely ZERO concern regarding my upcoming procedure. It's easy to not be afraid when in the hands of people like these. VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
