"They like to waste people’s time here and the dental assistants are rude. They only have 1 dentist but book 100 people at the same time so expect to be here for hours just for a cleaning. This place is trash."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I've taken my kids here for a few years only bc my youngest needed crowns and the dr there was recommend and he was great Dr Montoya, no longer there. During their yearly cleaning three weeks ago we were told my oldest daughter needed 9 crowns and youngest needed 1. That did not sound right to me so I went for a second opinion and was told my youngest only needed 1 filling my oldest daughter just needed fillings and not 9 at that. Ive been told numerous times places like this will add treatments just for that insurance money. I did not want to believe that but If they were wanting to put my daughter through that and she did not even need it guess it sounds about right. They don't even take the time to actually examine it's a quick look oh they need all this work. I took them to Frankford dental ground and the dr actually took her time with each of my children. Will not recommend and will never go back."

"I won't be going back anytime soon. The first time I went they said they didn't have my insurance on file, which made sense because I had just gotten new insurance, and that it would take a while to have it put into the system. I decided to go ahead and reschedule because it would take a while to have it put in, and I quote, "your new insurance should be in the system when you come back". I rescheduled for a little under two weeks and when I went back they hadn't put my new insurance information into the system. They claimed that I never gave them my insurance card for my new insurance, but that is just false because I handed the card to the receptionist and she took down the number. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to put my information in that and it still hadn't been done when I rescheduled and left. I cancelled my next appointment. The staff is kind, but it seems they either forgot to put my information in or something happened with their system. Either way, I will not be returning as I don't want to wait another hour and a half for them to tell me the same thing."

"I highly recommend Allington Dental. The Dr. & staff have been wonderful each time my daughter has appointments. The nurses have a sweet & wonderful way to help calm my daughter down from being scared and nervous.The Dr is wonderful and sweet towards my child.Micheala was so sweet to help my daughter to get over being nervous and scared. Micheala explained what was going to be done and what each tools she was using and what the Dr was doing during the procedure. Thank you to all the staff for always making my baby laugh during the procedures and making her feel calm and not so scared. Thank you Micheala for everything you and the Dr did for my baby girl."
