"I hate that this company charged more at renewing insurance contacts instead of charged less for no claims or tickets which is a stupid excuse they have to take people's money and they said oh we have a new insurance carrier, we the customers don't care who you used as provider is not a our problem pay more is our issue, and associates cubicles still gard with a plastic people so full of ignorance you go anywhere else and you see open spaces you treat latina like ignorantes still disrespecting us the ones are educated shame on you. Sorry have no picture but if you being on the one of Pulaski you will see what am talking about."

"Customer service is horrible... Make sure you check your policy statement because they process everything incorrectly. Upon my request of change, they still billed me double. When I called to ask why then asked to have my policy cancelled immediately.. The CS said "Fine... And just hung up the call" So unprofessional!!!!!! Please shop around."

I was going to renew this month, but when trying to get clarification on pricing, the rep kept making sighing noises. I'm keeping your you in business and spending my hard earned money and I get sighs because I ask questions? Why the hell are you on the job if clients questions bother you. This is the first time I've had someone with an attitude on the phone, but because of that I'm moving on! I didn't get her name, I should have.
