"I had State Farm for a few years, I had to make some claims for my house due to the weather. I was out of the country and when I got back these unprofessional people send a letter saying the they no longer will provide coverage for my house. There was no explanation of why they took that terrible decision. So, my house had no insurance coverage for over a month or 2. I called the office, talked to Ms Linda and she also had no idea of why they stopped providing me their insurance. She said there was nothing she could do to help me out, but she was gonna get back to me to let me know why they took that decision. It’s been more than 3 weeks and it seems that she hasn’t gotten any answered just yet…. They are very unprofessional, they don’t care about their bad reviews at least that’s what she tried to tell me when I told her the I was gonna write bad review…. At least they should’ve called me to informed me, so I could get another insurance company you can’t have a house without insurance. I’ll SUGGEST people not to hired this people not State Farm insurance."

"State Farm’s Road Side Assistance is terrible. Twice I needed help and twice I was left stranded for hours in terrible conditions. Once for 4 hours until a good samaritan got help for me. And a 2nd time for 6 hours until a family member had to drive over 50 miles to come and get me. If there isn’t any wifi where you need help, you’re pretty much screwed. The people who handle the after hours calls are not capable to understand the nature of your needs."

"When I got my license 45+ years ago he was my first agent. He handled my dad's insurance. Though the years, and several claims later I can truthfully say I have never had a claim turned down and always got what I expected. His whole staff is knowable and very helpful."
