"Horrible customer service!!. They rarely answer their phone and don't even think for a minute that they will ever return a call. They have no problem taking your money but any issues/problems will be ignored"

"Filed a claim with insurance and informed this agent that it was done because family members car had been stolen. Received no assistance from them and the claim is still pending after 3 weeks. I have contacted the agent and the head quarters but nothing has been done. Paying a lot of money to get ignored and annoyed. I’ve had other insurance companies but this office and company has been the worst"

"Be careful. Jesse was a great insurance agent. He is now gone, and sadly, I got scammed out of a lot of money just a few weeks before Christmas. If they give you a quote, make sure you get it in writing. They will tell you one thing over the phone and charge you a much higher amount. Do not give your credit card information without getting your quote in writing. When I called to see why I was getting charged a lot extra, the agent said that they can’t remember every phone call, and they couldn’t remember the amount they told me. Be careful. Nothing is recorded, and there’s not a paper trial. When I asked for them to make it right, I was told that it was too late, and I would have an automatic withdrawal the next day, and there was nothing they could do about it."

"I had Nationwide Nation Wide Insurance on my 5 business policy for over three years and I had two claims. On different situations however None of the claims was covered for different excuse Insurance company is not good. If you wanna save yourself a problem, don’t use nationwide."
