"Dan has been completely unresponsive in assisting with my policy changes. It took months to get in contact, and then never received any further contact again for months. Farmers website still shows the agency is active, I have not received any contact that it has closed. The agency Facebook page continues posting marketing content (7 hours ago). Now I am having to deal with multiple representatives over the phone to restart this process and it is a mess."
"Daniel Grosse is not responsive to emails on existing customers. I am a customer for a year with life, car and home insurance and every time I contact him the time to get a response gets longer each time. Currently I’ve waited 6 weeks to get a simple issue resolved where I removed one car from my policy as we had gotten rid of it and have been incorrectly billed for 2-3 cycles. He isn’t responding to emails. This is not acceptable service!"
