Spoke to Sandra whatever rep they have working there only to be told she needed to speak with an adult and not me and that it was my responsibility to drop the car if I didn’t want to be charged, I did assume they’d automatically drop it. Would not give a clear answer on a breakdown on billing. Told me that in a week I’d be given a total when the policy renewed 4 days ago. Waiting for the owner/agent to call me."
