"I had reservations about these types of medical facilities. Not bad, just not acquainted with them ...so this was my first time. I was very impressed with the efficeiency. professionalism, and knowledge of the people here. It served my needs perfectly."

"Be prepared to wait! I got there with four patients in front of me, but sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours. Then another hour in the back. Once I got in I felt like my care was good and the staff was very helpful. The facility itself is also really nice and brand new. They stopped taking patients at about 1pm saying they were "at capacity" when the facility was scheduled to close at 6pm on google. For the amount of staff they had it felt like they were really dragging their feet and if you want "urgent care" do not go here."

"Looked online at Advocate’s website and realized there was an immediate care in West Dundee. And it said the wait time was 16 minutes. Great! Drove there only to find out there is NO doctor. You would think their own website might have had that information. What a waste! The other two closest locations have wait times of around 2 hours. Our healthcare system is in a downward spiral and Advocate is not helping."

"We made an appointment and acually a friend are are came in and was after us she made and appointment before us and we waited with only 2 people for over and hour doctor was amazing bad rude nurses! I will never bring my family there I was so uncomfortable my finace actually left and sat in the car because he felt so uncomfortable. The nurses were not kind at all."
