"This is the 2nd year I have been to this office. Last year my 5 year old needed his first pair of glasses, and everyone in the office was great. The staff was patient and understanding. Since our time there was so good, I decided to return, but this time my son and I both had our eyes checked. The Doctor was thorough, made us feel valued, and the office and exam rooms were clean. However, my favorite part of our time there was getting to talk to Roberto. He was helping fit my little boy for glasses, and was listening to me vent on how prices for everything have gone up. He heard me having to decline a lot because the insurance we used last year didn't cover as much, and I needed to save money. He then took it upon himself to check on a few things with the insurance we used last year, and was aware of some changes, so while plugging in the information he already had, he found that we were actually with another insurance company, and that company covered way more than we thought. Both my son and I were able to get new frames with better lenses, and the cost was HUNDREDS of dollars less than what we would have been charged, had he not taken his time to research. I am eternally grateful. I was about to pass on getting myself a much needed pair of glasses, so that my son could have what he needed, but with Roberto's help, we both are going to be able to get what we need. We are thankful for this office, and will be back again."
