"I've been with Farmer's Insurance since I began driving, so a little over ten years. I've always had good coverage, they've always helped me out. Great insurance. Anyway, I was part of a family plan, and I was looking to go off on my own. I called to get a quote, and they couldn't get me one, which I understand, because I'm already a policy holder, so the site wouldn't work. I decided to go with a different insurance and called up the office to let them know I was cancelling. I'm an overly polite person, I work in customer service. She answered with a short hello, and I let her know I was cancelling my policy. All she says is "Okay."and goes to hang up???? At that point I was like "Oh no, I'm still covered until August, correct?" "Is that what you want?" sounding totally annoyed with me???? So I let her know that my new policy wasn't ready until August. Whoever is in charge of the phones at this office is completely rude and unprofessional. I don't feel bad leaving Farmer's Insurance now."
