Chris informed me they no longer handle pier and beam but emailed me personally to let me know of the importance of getting an independent 3rd party engineer to consult with prior to getting a bid because of the number of foundation companies that are not licensed. Chris took the time to inform me and help me make good decisions even though he himself could not do the work. It was greatly appreciated!"
