"My wife purchased a Mac book pro that she found on Facebook marketplace. She didn't know this didn't come with a charger. I brought it to Longhorn Mac Repair and they new in seconds the year it was made. They took it back to diagnose the situation and mind you they did this free of charge. I looked around and saw good deals on some used MacBook pros due to an overstock! Anyways they let me know all that was needed was a charger and a reset. They got me taken care of and I would recommend this place over the apple store any day!"
"Longhorn Mac Repair is awesome. They answered the phone quickly when I called all 3 times and were very knowledgeable and helpful, also very kind and professional. Many of the other places I called I didn’t get the vibe they knew what they were doing like Longhorn did, nor did I get the same level of customer service as I did with Longhorn. They fixed my daughter’s iPad mini same day, within hours, even though they had to order a connector for it, they got the part the very next day when I dropped it off which is hard to do with electronic components in this market. They called me to let me know there was an issue (not their fault) and completely covered the cost, despite it costing them over $280. The technician was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. Their pricing is more than fair and reasonable and were less expensive than many of the others I called. I also noticed they’re certified to work on Apple products. I highly recommend using them and will absolutely use them again in the future when I inevitably have another issue with an electronic device needing repair. They knocked it out of the park. HOOK ‘EM!"
