"I asked over the phone how much it was to flush a tankless water heater. I was told it was $149.00. I asked if I had to pay trip charge, and they said no. Then, when the plumber was at my home, he told me it was $700.00. I declined the job, but anyway, I was forced to pay $149.00 as a service fee. What service? They did not do anything. They threatened me very rudely that they were going to inform a collection company and to destroy my credit. Be aware that they are not either sincere or honest. They only want your money. Do not make any contract with them. Go somewhere else."
