"These folks were contracted to do a warranty repair for us, but they wanted nearly $400 up front "just in case," even though the manufacturer was reimbursing them for travel, labor, and parts. On top of that, they did not show up for their appointment, did not call us, and when I called them, they said they had decided not to do our repair. Hopefully this isn't their typical way of operating, but that was our experience."
