After explaining things in detail about how he found the issue and what would need to be done to fix it, he gave us a quote on the repairs and explained the payment plan available. "McCullough installed a new unit for us in November 2023 after one of our old units stopped working. Troy, the salesperson for McCullough, was professional, punctual and courteous. He patiently answered every question we had. McCullough's proposal surpassed every other company in price and details and their technicians installed the new unit in record time. We are fifth generation Texans and value service and loyalty and had been customers with a different company for over 25 years.
