"Jacob and Garrett were great! They called first thing in the morning and showed up within 10 mins. Very professional! I was given several options for a new water heater, including an automatic leak detector that shuts off the water in the event of a problem. Mine is located in the attic, accessible from the second floor, which was a challenge. Jacob managed to find a model that was "skinny" enough to fit through the opening, and with Garrett's help was able to install quickly without any issues. Now everything is up to code and working great."

"Mario was friendly, fast, and professional. He gave me options, and explained the worst case scenario, with price, if he couldn’t fix the faucet without going through drywall. Thankfully, he was able to fix everything right away, no holes in the wall needed. I paid a fraction of what that scenario would’ve been. Karen, who helped me on the phone with scheduling the appointment, could not have been nicer. She was so pleasant to talk to. I appreciate the customer service details— the informative text (with photo) when the technician was on their way, along with a description of what to expect. This should be an industry standard. He spent all day working on making sure the installation was correct and worked. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions.
