My husband had a pair of Silhouette frames that were very light and delicate that had gotten warped and the friendly staff were able to repair when no one else could (we checked two other shops before we were finally referred to this place). They only charged $50 for the repair - waaaay cheaper than a new set of frames. They were also able to find a pair of frames for my husband to fit an old pair of lenses in a frame that had broken beyond repair. Finally, they fixed a disjointed bow on my Warby Parker glasses just in time for me to have the glasses for my holiday travel in December- for FREE. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend!"

"Broke my plastic frame glasses right in half at the bridge. I had new glasses on order at my regular optometrist office, but it would take 10 days to come in and in the meantime I was trying to make do with taping my glasses. It wasn’t working. When I went in, the man who repairs the glasses, Harold, was out so they allowed me to leave the glasses and popped my lenses into a loaner frame. When Harold called the next day regarding my glasses, I appreciated that he was very honest about the durability of a potential repair. They were willing to do it but couldn’t guarantee it would be a lasting repair and made sure to let me know that up front. After calling back and speaking to Noah, we instead opted to find an inexpensive frame compatible with my lenses that would work in the interim and serve as a backup when I got my new glasses in. I am so appreciative that they were able to help me one way or another so I was not without glasses for the next week and a half. The cherry on top was I was able to use my FSA card to pay for it. Highly recommend. Very honest and helpful people."

I walked in and they quickly fixed my glasses, gave me some great info and did not charge me! What a blessing and what wonderful customer service.
