It turns out the owner Mike G was there, who gave me a quote. They did the work. There was nothing hidden, no surprises, and no additional work. However the bill I received a few days later was 35% more than the quote. The work was satisfactory, but the surprise on the bill after work is done is not a good way to run a business."

"This is the 3rd time we have used Citywide for HVAC issues and they have been great every time! Of course on a Sunday of record heat, we woke up to a warm house. Called Citywide at about 10am and was told they would be able to get a tech out between 2pm and 4pm and that they would call around 30 minutes before arrival. They called about 12:15 that they were about 10 minutes away. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very friendly and professional, and gave us some tips of things to check in the future.
