"The repairman admitted that he didn't have an operable temperature meter to check the oven's temperature, so he was inconclusive in his evaluation of our oven, but he added that HE HAD TO BILL US FOR HIS SERVICE. He had the gall to suggest that we use the oven again to see if it would cook properly. That's why we called for the service visit, and we didn't need him to tell us we need to use the oven again. He also said we should buy an oven thermometer to check the oven's temperature ourselves. The repairman said he had 5-years experience, but I feel that his experience was that of screwing customers. In that he is very good."
