The gas installers Alex and Brian were great, I had a small issue over the weekend , and the company dispatched a tech , who resolved the issue thoroughly. "Electrician was 5 hours late to the appointment to give us a quote. That should have been a warning sign. But we agreed to do the job a few days later. This morning he said he would arrive at 9. 9:30 - I called him to see where he was and he said he was. He said he was 20 minutes out. 10:57 - still not here. Called and texted him to see what was up as I had cleared my morning for this. No response 2:00 - still haven’t heard anything from him. We called the Rentner and they were not helpful in finding out what the heck happened to this guy. Not reliable."
