"Pedro.came out same day to look at our dryer vent. Glad he came discoverd leaking from vent on the roof. He did not want to give beyond his expertise. Very friendly and prompt."
"We called and he came out right away. He charged a very reasonable service call charge of $45. He worked on our washer for at least two hours but as we thought it could not be repaired. He was able to fix the dryer. He cleaned the dryer inside and out. We were impressed with his service."
"I’m sorry for the people that had a bad experience, because I’ve had many bad experiences with repair people, and I dread having to call one. I called this one, yesterday, after dealing with a broken washer for a few months(I was lugging clothes to the laundromat and finally couldn’t do it, again). Pedro was able to fit me in today, was on time and very professional. He finished quickly and was on his way. No more laundromats for me...thanks, Pedro!!"
"Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism we experienced with Pedro. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM. My girlfriend took off to be their for him to service our dryer. At 9:04 he texted me to let us know he was a few minutes away. My girlfriend went downstairs to let him in as we live in a mid-rise. After she waited for a few minutes he then indicated he was not there and would let us know. Almost thirty minutes later he arrives where he sends another text saying he is there. I did not see the text for a few minutes and at 9:41 I told her hes downstairs. She went down and he was gone. I immediately messaged him to let her know she was downstairs and apologized for the wait. He replied back that he was gone, he would not be coming back, and we need to find someone else. I sincerely apologized for making him wait a few minutes, and reminded him how she had waited the first time he said he was only a few minutes away. I am a business owner myself. I would never treat a new customer the way Pedro treated us."
