"Called earlier in the week to schedule repairs on 4 appliances! Was told they could not come until today 11/11/22! Appoint was for between 12-2:00. It is now 4:15 still no text, phone call from repairman. Called 4-5 times to office and still giving excuses as to why the guy hasn’t called! Cancelled the appt as I have wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up! Would not recommend this company whatsoever!!!!"

"I called them to fix my icemaker in my fridge (7 yrs old). They told me the service fee up front and confirmed it would be rolled into any repair costs if I had them move forward with the repair. The service fee was not that high. They provided a 2-hour window for the next day and let me know that the tech would call about 30 minutes before arrival. The tech did call 30 minutes in advance and was there in the 2-hour window. He was professional and, after examining the ice maker, let me know that the motor was going out and while it might last a little longer it would burn out. I decided to move forward with the replacement (he provided total repair cost up front so I could decide). The tech let me know that he would have to go to a warehouse to get the part and could be back in 2 hours. He returned 2 hours later and completed the replacement; ice maker is now working. I was really impressed with how they followed through with what they promised."
