We used them today for the second time, and this time it was a toilet whose water turned hot after a couple of flushes since we bought the house. They told me upfront that it could become costly if they'd have to put a new cold water line down to the toilet, but instead of doing the quick and expensive fix, they spent about an hour to find the issue, which was a cold water pipe being connected to the hot one. Two caps later and the problem was fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new cold water line. Highly recommended!"
