"I called a friend and ask need help with my reefer unit and gave me this place and he called him anyway he spent 5 min and he put Freon about 2 Ibs and charged me $205.78 I was shocked last time at carrier dealership they did 5 Ibs for $96.00 dollars so what do you call it highway robbery I think they know when we have a problem with our unit truck or trailer always they love to take advantage why? I always ask for this people we are their customers with out us they becomes homeless or poor for ever but they never think that way anyway good luck I hope this kind of business practice make you rich we will see it but never ever see this person again drivers ask before you start fix"

Called him prior to arriving. told him I'd be there in an hour and a half and he was waiting on me. Reefer unit was overheating. I had a coil leak on my radiator. He could have took advantage of me and told him we have to replace the whole thing but instead like a true Craftsman he said I could braise it and solve the issue.
