"Went for AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues. They charged for 20$ for diagnosis and then told me they can't tell when the Airpods were manufactured, only Apple can. When I ask them why not contact Apple and find out they simply suggested me to go to Apple Store."

"Google should have a zero stars option for this place. They have an F rating on BBB and now I know why. I took my laptop as scheduled for repairs; I was told I would be contacted in a couple hours after they could look at it. What is the point of an appointment time, if I am expected to drop it off? Tom (the guy with ear gauges) was less than cordial but, whatever. Several hours later I had not heard back so I called, and he said he was swamped and did not get a chance to look at it, but mine was next. I asked him not to bother and I would come by in 10 mins to pick it up. Since he had not got to it yet, I asked if I could get a refund and he said yes. While we are on the phone, he proceeds to open the device up and say, looks like liquid damage. I get there,10 mins later. Tom returns the laptop and says my card has been charged. I asked if he ran the diagnostic I was charged for and he states no, he hasn't because I asked for the device back. After back and forth since he refused to refund me for a service he did not perform, I asked him to go ahead and run the diagnostic if I am being charged for it anyway. He refused and said he would call the police if I did not leave. I have since reached out to the company to file a complaint and 2 months later, have not heard back. My partner was on the phone for all of this and heard everything that happened, and I am sure if they have cameras at the shop, it will confirm our interaction. Tom displayed arrogant and discriminatory behavior and to use the police to threaten a customer who is asking for her rights is just horrible. ** TLDR: There are many repair shops in the area that will do a better, honest job and serve you with respect. Do NOT come here. **"

"Happened to be in Houston when my trusty Apple laptop decided to go kaput. I was so worried I'd lost some essential critical information for work. Since the laptop was too old for Apple to fix, Apple Support got me a same-day appointment at Mobile Kangaroo. I was thrilled that they were so close by, and the staff was very upfront with me about what might be required and that depending on the problem with my laptop, they couldn't make any promises. But it was clear they'd go the extra mile if need be. Not only were they able to retrieve my data, but they also helped me transfer the data onto my new laptop. It only took a few days, they kept me updated throughout the process, and given the situation, I found the price more than fair and was happy to pay it for the service I received. They were super professional and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful!!"
