"BEWARE !!! We have One Guard Home Warranty, having problems with our A/C they sent Superior AC to come out. The service man was very unprofessional and must of just got a new cell phone, all he did was take pictures. I wrote a bad review on the Company and the owner called me. He offered to install an inside and outside unit at cost to salvage the sale and remove the review which I did. All we would have to pay for would be the labor. I was very grateful for that and thanked him and his men for the installation. The owner said he would even include a new thermostat. it took a follow up and 2 weeks for them to come back and install it. It must had been the first thermostat they ever installed because the guy had to keep reading the instructions . A job that should had taken no longer then 30 minutes took hours. The new A/C and heat unit was installed on 8-2-2019. On 9-22-2019 my house stopped cooling. My husband sent the owner a text around 6 am asking to have the issue resolved that day. Monday 9-23-2019. He got no reply. He phoned the office and was given another number. That number (around 11am) must have gotten the owner finally. We finally got a response saying bluntly - we are backed up and won’t have anyone available till Wed. My husband told him respectfully, not and answer we expected being a newly installed unit. Especially if the advertising say 24 hr service. His reply - respectfully, It is unbelievable I gave you a complete system at cost, there is Wed at noon. I am in court and can’t talk. We found another company who showed up at 7pm and resolved the issue in less than 30 mins. Guess what they didn’t even show up or call Wed. I text the owner at 11:30am to tell him we had another A/C Company come out and fix it . It was between 76 and 78 degrees in our house and they didn’t even care. His response to me was I can’t help it if a ungrateful customer gives his Company bad reviews. Also when the other A/C Company came he discovered a gas leak in our attic from Superior A/C’s service men when they installed the heat. They failed to put pipe dope on the connections for the lines. A serious issue! One more thing they tried to sell us a warranty on the new unit for $500.00 and guess what, it comes with the system through Carrier. To bad I had to give them a one star because they don’t deserve it. I didn’t ask for such a good price it was offered and I am not a ungrateful person. Don’t throw things in people’s face if you make a decision to salvage a customer based on a technician or sale persons lack of professionalism! The installers were great and the system is great. What keeps people as customers is a combination of of what they are sold and how they are treated. Courtesy, manners and respect for this client at a higher level is the issue."
