"I feel like we were overcharged… and we were about to allow them to break our walls to find “another” leak, but after I suggested the leak on the wall is coming from the leak in the sink they said the same… they did good work swapping out the sink but I think $900 excessive to replace a sink. Otherwise the communication was great and the work done was done well."
"AC went down, July 3, air temp 104. Mike arrived at time dispatch said he would. Took 45 minutes to diagnosis (failed AC compressor capacitor), replaced capacitor, unit started up. Mike checked performance, cooling okay. Paid with debit card on site. Mike clearly knew what he was doing technically. Very pleasant guy, answered questions and discussed system. Every issue and question was addressed forth rightly. Rate top 10 out of 10. Have used One Call for many years. They train their workers and it shows. Good verbal communication skills. Happy to have Mike if another service call is needed in future. Mike is not an outlier in One Call business, he fits the pattern of competence, and good communicator."
