"Had a washer go out, warranty company was attempting to not take care of the issue. Had them come out, document the issues, and state it on their diagnosis receipt. They were out the next day on time, courteous, and professional. Had a language barrier issue with the tech but that was easily overcome with the tech supervisor and a translation app. Guy did great work, knew exactly what the issue was quickly, and they had me a total cost to repair before he even left. Great communication on when they were close to arrival, how long they would be there, and the follow ups I had the next day. My vernacular and pets knowledge on appliances in general is lacking but their receipt clearly showed it was a mechanical issue the tub had separated and broke a plastic stud/bolt holding it together. Will recommend to F&F for sure. Now warranty company has the receipt and will turn the screws on them to make sure they take care of it"
