"I hired Watts Pool Service to install a pool heater in 2020. The firm bid the job for $3400 but the final invoice was $4600 and when the heater stopped working (in LESS than 2 years, still under warranty) they refused to repair it. I was overcharged initially and they refuse to warrant their work, and I cannot recommend this business."
