"We were called and notified that they would be late and we could reschedule for the following day if we want, however we decided to keep your appointment however late it was. The gentleman arrived and the first thing he said was "well better late then never" with the sincerest smile. He was very pleasant and friendly, he even explained everything to us so we knew what was going on. He was able to fix the problem the night of and we were beyond happy. This gentleman also checked all functions of the AC unit to make sure it was all working as it should before leaving. Great Guy, and service."
