"I called them because of their reviews on google but I called them 1st appointment confirm than they called and told appointment cancel due to tech under weather conditions. Second they set up the appointment Tuesday 11am-12pm and received called again and they change my appointment to 8am l-9am without my confirmation and I called them again and they told me shift my appointment to Friday and I told them sorry cancel the appointment and customer services team didn’t even apologize and just said than you. Not reliable company to work with."

"Some older guy(either the owner or someone who is part of the family who owns BVS) is very rude for no reason. The guy looks very similar to the man photographed in the About Us- What to Expect section of BVS website. He is short, maybe 5’2 or 5’3, huge nose, a big belly (almost looks pregnant). This guy came in to Cracker Barrel today and was instantly rude to the two nice ladies at the front registers. He came in saying he’s been calling, no one answered the phones, doesn’t know what’s on the menu. One of the nice ladies handed him a menu and other nicely apologized for the back of the house not answering as they’re quite busy today. He proceeded “well they can still answer the phone.” Then he aggressively slide the menu on the counter and walked out. The lady said “ See you next time.” And the guy said “ No you won’t.” DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AN OWNER OR BVS STAFF WHO IS RUDE TO OTHER PEOPLE? He has NO REASON to flat out rude to anyone. Imagine how he treats people who work under him. I only knew where this very rude and entitled guy works bc of his shirt and he drove a BVS truck. A message to that rude old man: YOU NEED A REALITY CHECK AND HAVE NO ENTITLEMENT TO BE RUDE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE DINING SERVICE INDUSTRY."

"We had an issue with the HVAC system and called BVS. They responded and sent a technician out the same day. Trenton was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained to us what the issue was & fixed it the same day. He was honest, professional, and very courteous. I will only be using BVS for my home repairs moving forward."

"Installed 2 new high efficiency AC DAIKIN Units. Up dated all ducts and returns in my home and airplane hanger. They did exactly what they quoted. System is a great improvement over the existing one that was replaced."

"Update 12/2021: Mazdak just did the fall service and once again BVS communicated, managed and owned the appt. Full report with recommendations upon completion and done until 2022. BVS, not the cheapest, just the best. My last review of BVS was 8 years ago in a different home. 8 years later nothing has changed and it just gets better. I have a new home and the aged HVAC was starting to fail. Home Warranty company came out more than once and each time the service was mediocre at best. BVS has always done my annual services and Mazdak was scheduled for Monday. The heat was not working. When Mazdak arrived he found a very serious problem upstairs that could have resulted in a fire. He was explaining some options when I suggested that we just rip it all out and do it right. ZERO regrets on this decision. The same team that worked at my home 8 years ago is the same team that came out and put in a new 2 stage high efficiency system. These guys have been with BVS for 10+ years and they brought that experience into my home and 9 or so hours later life is good. From start to finish the process of determining what to install, how to install, to add additional return air and why.... Mazdak could have upsold a lot of items had he tried but it was all fair, upfront and in my best interest as he helped me understand system differences and what would be the most cost effective and best investment for me. This is a long review because there are not many companies locally that I trust at the level I trust BVS. I tell anyone that BVS is not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive BUT I trust them with anything and know that they are there from beginning to end. Peace of mind is priceless."
