So when that terrible moment stuck, and I worried I'd be days without AC, I found this gem who takes calls 24/7 and dispatches they're responders at 7am. Sure enough I get the call at 7am to find out what time is good for me, they're here earlier than they said they would be, and In a few minutes Tyler Crabtree fixed the issue and showed me how to prevent it. WITHIN MINUTES. I expected it was gonna be an hour long ordeal. I'm a Customer for life now. Typing this now inside a nice cold air conditioned home!"
