"When your AC goes out in Texas it's an emergency I'm sorry the heat is unbearable. I'd rather live without lights or internet than AC. So when that terrible moment stuck, and I worried I'd be days without AC, I found this gem who takes calls 24/7 and dispatches they're responders at 7am. Sure enough I get the call at 7am to find out what time is good for me, they're here earlier than they said they would be, and In a few minutes Tyler Crabtree fixed the issue and showed me how to prevent it. WITHIN MINUTES. I expected it was gonna be an hour long ordeal. I'm a Customer for life now. Typing this now inside a nice cold air conditioned home!"
