When the mechanic I went to tried scamming for unneeded repairs that would have been thousands and my car died outside the mechanic shop. "Jordan is your go to guy when it comes to urgency. Great communication off the bat and reliable as well. I texted him last night then fell asleep to wake up at 4 am to get ready for work to see he had replied right away. I responded to him expecting to get a response later in the day and he replied in seconds. This guy must be awake 24/7 or something. He was there for me for my urgent matter. "Jordan is a life saver! My van had power but wouldn’t start up after an event and we were stuck in the 105 degree summer heat! I requested a tow and Jordan was there within minutes! Before he did the tow, he checked the battery and starter himself. With a few manual nudges underneath, he was able to start it up to at least get us home! He didn’t charge the full amount since he was able to partially fix it. Thank you so much Jordan and your kindness and professionalism! I wish other tow services were like him! 5 stars!!"
