"Terrible repair company. Tried to move appointment multiple times and then told the warranty company a lie about my appliance being out of warranty. If you look below the only 3 positive reviews are from the same person (Tyson) and in 1 of them he is the owner and the other 2 he claims to be a customer"

"If it were possible to give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They came out assessed never ordered the part and completely ghosted us and whirlpool. Attempted to contact via email, phone, and text with absolutely no response to us or whirlpool. I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau. Especially when the second company came out with the part already in hand and apparently this is their M.O. and the other companies have to come out after they ghost whirlpool and customers alike."

"Call was made to this company from Whirlpool extended warranty. Service was scheduled between 8am and 12pm.. didn't show until 2:49pm, took apart my oven, confirmed it was not working (ha) and left. Said he'd come back with the right part, never came back or returned my calls or texts. This happened on a Friday. It's Monday now, still no word from them, and they're not answering their phone. Save your time and money.. DO NOT USE TEXAS APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.. but that's the lowest option."

"My experiences with this company are similar to the other reviews. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment and did not pick up any of our calls. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT let Whirlpool contract this company to fix your device. In fact, I would go far as to say never purchase a Whirlpool fridge, because if this is the caliber of warranty companies they contracting, then I would stay as far away as possible. Lesson learned!"
