"I went here expecting professional service but instead an individual named Daniel informed me I would have to give my passcode when I asked why he would not say and even said I could not see what was being done with my phone while in the back. I later called only to find out that this is not standard business practice they don’t need your passcode according to another employee at the same store. Glad I took my business literally up the road to a different ibreakufix where they didn’t need my passcode and when I asked about what happened at this location they said it was weird. I suspect that sketchy buisness is going on here and if you value any data on your device you may want to steer clear."

"Don't waste your money. They charged us $160 to break our phone. We took a phone to them to replace the screen. Once they replaced the screen suddenly the speakers didn't work. No one could hear us speak and the speaker phone sounded like it was blown. Took it back and they said they would fix it. Fixed the voice speaker (callers can hear us now) but the speaker phone is still blown. When I explained this to the guy I picked it up from he just kept saying I didn't work on it. 0 customer service skills, 0concern for the fact that they broke something that wasn't broken."
