"Our landlord recommended this company to replace lightbulbs in our building. I spoke with a representative who said they would get back to me with a quote. With out consent or knowledge they came to our establishment. Without any permission from the owners they proceeded to do the work anyways. They said because an EMPLOYEE said it was ok?!? The bulbs needed weren’t even the one exchanged ! Now they’re harassing me to pay a bill I never consented to !"
