"We went through AHS (warranty company) and they chose this company. They wanted to charge me $685 just to take my water heater out of the easily accessible room to replace the heating element! I can by a new water heater for less than that. Then they came up with other things that needed to be done which after another plumber looked at it was not correct!! In the the end they wanted to charge me $1300 (and they had already collected my $100 copay) just for replacing a heating element and add a new drain pipe!! They are worthless!"
