"I definitely would not recommend this company. I have warranty and put a claim for a bath tub faucet that wouldn’t work. We set an appointment and the first one got cancelled and made for the next day. They come out the next day and without taking anything apart immediately say they need to replace the cartridge but it won’t be done that day because they have to get approval. I was already on my way home and my wife was there while they wanted to collect the service fee and just leave it for another day. I get home no later then 5 minutes and they had already left even though I told them I was calling the warranty company to get approval. They call me back and say they can’t come back because there’s too much traffic. Had they stayed it could’ve been done that day. Then they arrive today and while taking the cartridge out a piece breaks off in the pipe. They immediately try to say it’s calcium/sediment build up. As soon as I say I’m calling my dad they’re quick to pack up and say they’re gonna have to get approval from warranty. They refused to even try getting out the piece that broke. My dad as well as several plumbers I sent pictures to said there is no sediment/ calcium. This company thought they could get one over on me and I don’t play that. Very sad that they were going to just leave my house with no water when they clearly saw I have a one year old and didn’t want to attempt to even try to remove the small piece that was stuck. Instead they wanted to cut into my wall which didn’t even need to happen. I’m glad my dad was in town to fix what they didn’t want to."

They worked diligently and with laser precision focus until the job was done. I live with OCD and they went over the top to calm my anxiety. I felt safe, respected and well taken care of. "I have used J.C. Enriquez and Son for work on my last home and did not hesitate to contact them for repairs at our new place. I needed some fixtures/toilets updated and ADA devices installed in one of the bathrooms. Joey, third generation plumber of the business, came out to handle the job. He and his assistant professionally installed the ADA devices with proper bracing and patched the cuts made in the sheetrock. Additionally, the toilets and fixtures he replaced worked perfectly after completion of the job. There were also a few other things that needed to be fixed, which were repaired with no issues. As compared to other plumbing services, they are priced right. They are a family owned/operated company that has the equipment and experience to get any job done."
