"Very expensive and initially misdiagnosed the issue. I called them out to fix an outlet and to see why a light fixture wasn't working. They did fix the outlet. However, they initially told me the light fixture just needed new bulbs. I told them so all four lightbulbs went out at once? I also told them it happened right after a storm. Anyways, I played their game and went to buy new bulbs while they fixed the outlet. After they tried the bulbs, they said oh yeah, the fixture isn't getting enough voltage because the transformer is bad. Yeah, no kidding. They also left screws all over the floor. So we paid over $600 to get an outlet fixed. In hindsight, we should have just bought a new fixture and put it up ourselves. Would have been cheaper. This company is way over priced and didn't even fix the problem. Find someone else."

"I normally do not post reviews however I have to commend Tioga for their work today. We were scheduled to have our main water line repaired. After a week without running water because it was shut off, we got a call the day before (Thursday) that the installer we had could not make it due to an emergency. I was upset that they were going to cancel after a week without water. I hung up, and they called back after speaking with their office and stated that they would figure it out and send someone as scheduled. I was skeptical, but we remained faithful and waited for today. Sure enough, they showed up as promised. Their Master Plumber (manager) came out in 30 degree weather and spent all day fixing my issue. Amazing service and accountability. I appreciate them solving our problem. We have a freeze coming next week, and we were getting nervous. Thank you all!"

They were able to schedule an appointment within an hour on a Sunday, and the plumber arrived on time as promised. The plumber Kody was very knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained them to me in a clear and concise way. He then solve the issue quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to clean up the work area after he was finished. I was particularly impressed with the plumber's use of technology. He used a video camera to inspect the drain, which helped him to quickly identify the source of the clog. He also used a tablet to generate a detailed estimate for the work. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall service. The prices were also very reasonable. "Mark first placed a doormat outside the front door to prevent from tracking in any dirt. This was something new for Tioga, but appreciated. Mark then explained all that he would be doing and after I showed him all the rooms he set about evaluating all our plumbing. Upon completion he provided a detailed report of things he found with steps that Tioga would take to resolve them, if requested. He didn't push anything but provided options. This was appreciated as well as the detailed report provided. Tioga has been our service company since we bought our house and they've always done a great job for us. It's six years now and continuing. I'd recommend Tioga for anyone in need of a good plumbing company."
