"These people straight up took advantage of our 16 year old. Told him he needed a coolant flush immediately and pressured and scared him into it! Literally was just getting an oil change and now owes $300 what a nightmare do not go here they will take advantage of you if your not aware...still waiting on the email response"

"Literally across the street when my 2008 Toyota began acting up, I was able to coast in and get a good diagnosis. The original alternator, now at age of consent, was saying no. Replaced in a timely manner while I waited [with a dismayed foster cat on her way to Petsmart], no nonsense or asking me to replace other original parts. Friendly staff, fair market cost, I am satisfied."

"Absolutely horrendous. They try to upsell you on things you don't need. Went for a state inspection, there were two guys named Lucas and Cody and they tore one of the the wiper blades on purpose and threatened to fail my inspection if I didnt buy new blades from them. Pretended to work and waited until the end to tell me that wiper blades had issues. Were also trying to upsell on a filter which I rejected. They had horrible attitude and thought they could get away with it. When confronted, they lied and got defensive and argumentative. Please be warned! I went to a different place and got my inspection passed. Never ever go to this horrible place that tries to scam you and treat you with disrespect. Be aware! you have been warned! I will be filing multiple complaints."

"Have used several different Jiffy Lubes. They’re all good, but prefer this one. Personelll are always polite, efficient and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the service it needs. They are interested in my satisfaction and welfare. They will go out of the way for my benefit. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility."

"I went for a regular oil change, and they decided to install a last chance drain plug after service my car because the original drain plug came out rough, they said. The thing here is that they overtight the drain plug, causing damage to the oil pan as well as leaving it difficult to remove it for my next visit. I want to know what this company policy is in this case. They never told me this, and now I can't have my car service in any place because I need a new oil pan at the very last minute. Last time in a Jiffy Lube. Definitely not coming back. I recommend always look at the receipt comments and ask for pictures of the drain plug before and after service."
