"Not a good place got me a loan just to have my taxes rejected. Am asking what going on with no answer just get a ip number from the irs. Walk in to ask questions just to.have the cop's Calle on me for her being rude. Never there to.do there job. If they are be ready for them.to make mistakes and have you fix it. Not a good place they do not care. I have a case against them now and am not going to stop until they pay for the way my family was miss treated. Please go somewhere else not.on 19th."

"The women in this place are verry unknowledgeable they told me that I don't get any tax credits for buying a home wich I found out is a lie and they told me that changing my tax filing from single to married would do nothing for my taxes which I found out was also a lie I would not suggest doing you're taxes here even turbo tax gave me a MUCH higher number than H&R block did"

"I had Gloria as my tax person and she was just amazing! She was polite and thoughtful. And was patient w me when I had a hard time understanding anything. Usually when I get my taxes done I feel rushed and I get worried I'm not being heard. Causing me slight panic that maybe something was missed...maybe I'm not going to get everything back that I should... that is not the feeling I walked away w here! I will be keeping Gloria as my tax person from here on out!"

As soon as I arrived at my appointment I was greeted and immediately we started with the process. Will come back to do my taxes with her in the future."

"We had an appointment at 3pm with Jose or Danny. We arrived early and neither of the two men were there to assist us. Leigh was there with another customer. She finished with her client and immediately assisted us about 3:30. We were very annoyed but she was courteous and professional the entire 2 hours."
