"Update - we are going on year 3 now of this business refusing to return calls or emails. They have all business receipts and documents and never filed 2021 taxes or 2022. Have made weekly attempts to contact this company for the 18 or so months. Stay away from them. They can't even own up to losing the documents Has all unfiled tax documents. Never open, doesn't answer calls. Holding documents hostage."
"They lost all my documents then gave me runaround and lies for the rest of the year. It's currently the year 2023 and my 2021 small business taxes still have not been filed.. gave 1 star because zero is not an option."
