"First let me say I have used this service many times. In fact, I have gotten service from him twice this year! I Live in San Antonio! My last service was a leak that was in my wall. Paul came and fixed the repair. This was a couple of months ago. There is a leak once again in the same area that was repaired. I called and asked if he could come by and look at it. he asked if I could get someone to open the wall to see if was his work that was leaking( to help him out he said),I told him I wasn’t going to do that. He said he would come when he had the chance. A week later it was “how do you know it’s my work that’s messed up?(I don’t know that, but since he was the last person to repair that area ,I prefer he look at it), then a couple of days later “I no longer work in San Antonio ( after he did 2 jobs for me in San Antonio). Obviously the repair will be done by another business. But I will never use nor suggest his business again."
