"Three of our dogs stayed for about a week at Pet Palace and I unfortunately am very disappointed with the service provided and heartbroken with how our three dogs appeared coming back from their stay at the pet palace. These dogs are our family and no one would ever want their family to be treated poorly. Unfortunately, all our dogs came back in bad condition with one developing wounds on his body. As a pet owner, this was very devastating. I tried to contact Pet Palace to discuss my concerns and spoke with Laurie who mentioned that their manager, Emily Martinez, was busy at the moment to speak with me. I am still waiting for a call back at this time. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved and that no other dogs get hurt."

"The Pet Palace is great, I have used their boarding and grooming services for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My chihuahua is a nervous girl so I explained the situation. The staff listened to me, told me about a couple of options. When I picked her up she was beautiful and calm. Thank you for your excellent service!"

"We always use the pet palace for boarding our pup while traveling. I love that she can have the comfort of an “in and out suite”, indoor kennel with a doggie door to an outdoor kennel space. She also loves group play days and she gets her baths and grooming here too! The staff is absolutely amazing, they always have smiles and seem to really enjoy the dogs, which makes it easier to leave my fur baby with them. We love the pet palace!"

"My Mickey has never been to a play day or around other dogs....She's a rescue from Pasadena tx animal shelter. The staff at The Pet Palace were so helpful excellent customer service Christen was super awesome..She helped get all my information in the system asap and was so kind.... Sharon made my Mickey feel so welcomed on her meet and greet...I returned on Saturday for Mickeys first Play day....She did well. Thanks for all the special staff who worked with my Mickey You guys Rock!!!"

"I have been so pleased with the Pet Palace. Everyone is so friendly to me and to my dog, he gets so excited when we get there so that tells me he has a good experience too. I love that it’s “one stop shopping” for day care, boarding and grooming. I love how the groomers have worked with me until we got the cut that I like and now they just know the look I was going for. I love my dog so much and I’m thankful for a place I trust!"
