"I just returned from the Lewisville store for a completely destroyed glass case. While I was there I also decided to have the batteries replaced as well. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and competent. I met Jerry Sample, the franchise owner who also does repairs. The work was well done, on time and I even got the replacement batteries for half price. Apparently, if they replace the batteries while they are working on something else, they knock of 50%. That saved me $15.00. Will definitely be going back. Although I hope is not too soon for repairs. I already go to Batteries + Bulbs for the name sake items."

"I called to see if they had a replacement battery for my I phone and they said they had it in stock and could affect the repair in 1 hour. I dropped it off and the clerk told they would be done in 20 minutes. Upon return in 20 minutes, the phone battery replacement was completed and 60% charged. Great job! The phone works much better and holds a charge longer."

"I wish all repairs would go this smooth and easy. I set an appointment on-line to have my iPhone battery replaced. Took my phone in at the prescribed time, was told it would take about 30 minutes.
