"He did a Great job. It worked Amazingly. Like NoBS. But the only Issue with the IPhone 11 , was A Notification Kept popping up, Saying it wasn’t an Authentic Apple Screen Replacement. Which was Perfectly okay with me. Works Great Tho. So it doesn’t bother Me!!"

"All but stole my phone! I dropped off my bricked Samsung S4 Zoom with Gautam for a a data recovery on 9/24/2021 (see receipt). I just wanted to restore the photos from a once in a lifetime experience. Over the next six months I texted periodically to see if any progress had been made. Sometimes months went by when he didn't even reply. Finally it came out that he had sent my phone to a third party, which made me really nervous because it has my personal data. At this point he also informed me that it would be at least $350. I asked him to reconsider the fee since I'd been waiting six months at that point, often going months at a time without hearing back from him. I warned him that I was moving out of state in June. A week or so later he said his partner had recovered 70% of the data, that they were working on the last 30% and that he had quoted me $450 (he had not). I told him again that I was unhappy with the price, that considering the timeline and lack of communication (poor customer service) I expected compromise on the fee. The last I heard from Gautam (Fix a Cell) was July 13th with a promise to get back to me in a week. Four months later and I've heard nothing. A year has come and passed since I dropped my phone off. If they can't finish the job, they need to return my phone. I will revise this review if I get back either my phone or my data. Shame on me for not insisting on a timeline and quote up front in writing, but also shame on him for not providing that information and managing my expectations to begin with."
